Privacy Policy
We agree not to share or sell your information. The information is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping needs.

Payment Method

  • We accept the following credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

NOTE: When using a credit card please be sure that your billing information you enter on the shipping cart matches your banks billing information. Otherwise your transaction may not finalize and may cause a delay on processing your order. Please contact us if you received an error message. Do not submit another order as it may hold up additional funds in your account. Please contact us immediately at info@ezscreenprint.com.

  • We also accept PayPal, PayPal eCheck, money order, cashiers check, and personal check. Please be advised that all checks including PayPal eChecks must clear before an order can be shipped, no exceptions.

Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Noon (Mountain Standard Time), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day.

Note: On rare occasions orders may be shipped up to 3 days of order placement. If an order is scheduled to ship longer then 3 business days of order placement, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

  • In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
  • Most Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service and typically take 1-6 business days for delivery.
  • 2008 USPS Holiday Closing Schedule: We will not ship on these days

    • USPS Express Mail Service is available and typically takes 1-2 days for delivery, except on weekends (per location) and holidays. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (MST) in order to be expedited on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM may be shipped the next business day, except for weekends (per location) and holidays.
      Please Note that not all locations are guaranteed for next day delivery. Contact us for delivery schedule before choosing Express Mail. info@ezscreenprint.com.

    Note: a Signature Confirmation is required for all USPS Express mail service. An order will not be delivered unless someone signs for it. If you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please add a note to the special instructions section during checkout.


    International Orders

     

    • Important Note about International Taxes, Duties and Fees: Please be aware that a customs fee, duty fee, import tax, or other types of tax or fees may apply to your order. We do not provide any of this information on individual countries. When purchasing from our website it is up to the customer to research these fees before a purchase is made. The burden of these fees is the responsibility of the customer. *Please review our complete Policies page before placing an order.
    • International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority International Mail and is typically delivered in 6-14 business days.
    • USPS Global Express Mail Service is available and typically takes 3-5 days for delivery, except on weekends (per location) and holidays. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (MST) in order to be expedited on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM may be shipped the next business day, except for weekends (per location) and holidays.
      Please Note that not all locations are guaranteed for 3-5 day delivery. Contact us for delivery schedule before choosing Express Mail. info@ezscreenprint.com.
    • Note: Exposure Light Table generally takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.
    • Currency Conversion Rates, we do not provide currency conversion rates for international orders. Please check with your local bank or currency agency for this information before making a purchase.

    Shipping Address
    In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.

    Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a USPS tracking confirmation, or UPS tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost.

    Return Policy
    We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, you must notify us about shipping errors within 3 business days upon receipt of the product, and we will gladly fix it.

    • After notifying us of a shipping error you are required to complete an RGA Form (Return Goods Authorization), before returning your product to receive you RGA number.
    • Note: Please be advised that this form does not constitute a credit, or exchange. A final credit will be issued upon approval of the return policy.
    • When we have received your completed RGA Form we will email you an RGA number. Please make sure the form is complete to prevent further delays.
    • Once you have received your RGA number via e-mail, please write the RGA number on the packaging box or envelope. Please do not write anything on the original packaging.

    • The product must be returned unopened and complete with all original items, instructions, packing materials, and in its original new condition.
    • Replacement product will only be shipped when original product are returned.
    • Replacement will not be granted if product are opened, damaged, or not returned within 10 days of receiving your RGA number. No Exceptions.

    Please note we do not reimburse for shipping cost; however, if the product is sent back for replacement, we will cover the shipping cost when we send it back to you, only if the shipping error is due to our mistake.

    Change Your Mind
    If you request an exchange or return that is of no fault of ours, a 25% restocking fee will apply, plus the cost of shipping and handling. Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product. No Exceptions.

    • After notifying us of an exchange or return complete an RGA Form (Return Goods Authorization), before returning your product to receive your RGA number.

    • Items returned to us without an RGA# will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Paint and ink cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. No exceptions.
    • Damaged or opened products, is non-returnable items. No exceptions.

    Distributor
    We are a distributor of PhotoEZ. We do not offer wholesale pricing. Discounts have been factored into refill sheets, 5 packs and more. Additional discounts may be offered on volume orders. Contact us for details.
