Per our instructions, please test exposure time with small test pieces provided in the black poly bag before you use entire sheet. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us right away. As a courtesy, we may replace up to 3 sheets within 30 days of order placement, after we have received the returned product. No exceptions.

Our website has been validated and is secure for online transactions.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Noon (Pacific Standard Time), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day.

- Currency Conversion Rates, we do not provide currency conversion rates for international orders. Please check with your local bank or currency agency for this information before making a purchase.
In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.
Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a USPS tracking confirmation or UPS tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost.
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies. You must notify us about shipping errors within 3 business days upon receipt of the product, and we will gladly fix it.

ReturnsIf you request an exchange or return that is of no fault of ours, a 25% restocking fee will apply, plus the cost of shipping and handling. Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product. No Exceptions.

- The product must be returned unopened and complete with all original items, instructions, packing materials, and in its original new condition.
- Replacement product will only be shipped when original product is returned.
- Replacement/refund will not be granted if product is opened, damaged, or not returned within 10 days of contacting us. No Exceptions.
- We do not pay for shipping a return or exchange item(s), nor reimburse for shipping costs; customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
- Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.
Please note we do not reimburse for shipping cost; however, if we are replacing an item due to our mistake, we will not charge for shipping.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Paint and ink cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. No exceptions.
- Damaged or opened products. No exceptions.
