Per our instructions, please test exposure time with small test pieces provided in the black poly bag before you use entire sheet. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us right away. As a courtesy, we may replace up to 3 sheets within 30 days of order placement, after we have received the returned product. No exceptions.

Payment Method

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

NOTE: When using a credit card please be sure that your billing information you enter on the shipping cart matches your banks billing information. Otherwise, your transaction may not finalize and may cause a delay on processing your order. Please contact us if you received an error message. Do not submit another order as it may hold up additional funds in your account. Please contact us immediately at contactus@ezscreenprint.com

We also accept PayPal, PayPal eCheck, money order, cashier’s check, and personal check. Please be advised that all checks including PayPal eChecks must clear before an order can be shipped. No exceptions.

We agree not to share or sell your information. The information is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping needs.

Our website has been validated and is secure for online transactions.

Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Noon (Pacific Standard Time), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day.

NOTE: On rare occasions, orders may be shipped up to 3 days of order placement. If an order is scheduled to ship longer than 3 business days of order placement, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.In the event that an item is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

USPS Priority Mail Service is typically delivered in 2 – 6 business days.

USPS Parcel Post Service is typically delivered in 3 – 10 business days.

USPS First-Class Mail is typically delivered in 3 – 10 business days and has a 13oz. package maximum

· *USPS Express Mail Service is available and typically takes 1-2 days for delivery, except on weekends (per location) and holidays. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (PST) in order to be expedited on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM may be shipped the next business day, except for weekends (per location) and holidays.

*Note: A Signature Confirmation is required for all USPS Express mail service. An order will not be delivered unless someone signs for it. If you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please add a note to the customer notes section during checkout.

Important Note about International Taxes, Duties and Fees: Please be aware that a customs fee, duty fee, import tax, or other types of tax or fees may apply to your order. We do not provide any of this information on individual countries. When purchasing from our website it is up to the customer to research these fees before a purchase is made. International USPS First Class Mail is typically delivered in 6-20 business days, except on weekends (per location) and holidays, and has a 4lb. package maximum. Unfortunately, we have no control of customs and other circumstances and it may take longer.

International USPS Priority International Mail is typically delivered in 6-12 business days, except on weekends (per location) and holidays. Unfortunately, we have no control of customs and other circumstances and it may take longer.

USPS Express Mail Service is available and typically takes 3-6 days for delivery, except on weekends (per location) and holidays. Note: Exposure Light Table generally takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Currency Conversion Rates, we do not provide currency conversion rates for international orders. Please check with your local bank or currency agency for this information before making a purchase.

Shipping Address
In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a USPS tracking confirmation or UPS tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost.

Shipping Error
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies. You must notify us about shipping errors within 3 business days upon receipt of the product, and we will gladly fix it.

Returns

If you request an exchange or return that is of no fault of ours, a 25% restocking fee will apply, plus the cost of shipping and handling. Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product. No Exceptions.

The product must be returned unopened and complete with all original items, instructions, packing materials, and in its original new condition.
Replacement product will only be shipped when original product is returned.

Replacement/refund will not be granted if product is opened, damaged, or not returned within 10 days of contacting us. No Exceptions.

We do not pay for shipping a return or exchange item(s), nor reimburse for shipping costs; customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.

Please note we do not reimburse for shipping cost; however, if we are replacing an item due to our mistake, we will not charge for shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
