Order by Mail
Please follow the instructions below in order to make a purchase by Mail or E-Mail. All orders are processed per our Shipping Policy as long as a valid payment method is confirmed. Please review our complete Policies before placing an order.
Note: Check payment orders are processed as soon as the check has cleared. Money Orders and Credit Card payments are processed per our Shipping Policy.
Select your items
Fill Your Shopping Cart with the items you wish to purchase.
When you have selected all of the items that you wish to purchase, click the CHECKOUT button.
Enter Mailing Information
Add your shipping information.
Select either 'Money Order' or 'Check' from the drop down option at checkout step #3. Then click the 'Place Your Order' button.
Print Your Order
Print your order or record the sales order number on your check or money order. Mail your check or money order to the address listed below.
Offline Credit Card Payment
If you prefer to use a credit card - record your card number, expiration date, and security code on the sales order printout. Be sure the shipping and billing name and addresse(s) are correct. The billing information must match the information recorded with your financial institution.
COMPLETE ALL FIELDS
Make sure that you fill in all of the available fields, including your email address, so that we can send you a confirmation email when we receive your order and payment. Not completing the order form correctly or completely may result in a delay.
Important Note: All check and money order payments for product orders must be in U.S. funds and drawn on U.S. banks. All orders are subject to availability. Offered products, pricing and special offers may be changed at any time.
If you wish to email your credit card information, complete the steps above and send credit card infomation to email@example.com. Please reference your name, date of your purchase and the sales order number.
