Shipping Policy


We are an online store only.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends or holidays. On rare occasions, typically during major holidays, orders may take up to 3 days to process and ship. In the event an order will take longer than 3 days to ship, or if an item is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

USPS First Class (only available for packages under 15 oz.) 2-5 business days
Express mail typically takes 1-2 business days to deliver, excluding weekends and holidays. Express mail orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time to be shipped same day. Express mail orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. Not all locations are guaranteed next day delivery with Express mail. Please contact us for an estimated delivery schedule.
Express mail orders will require a signature confirmation. An order will not be delivered unless it is signed for. If you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please contact us before your order is shipped.
International taxes, duties, and fees: Please be aware that additional taxes, duties or fees may apply to your order. When purchasing from our website, it is up to the customer to research these fees and the burden of any taxes, duties or fees is the responsibility of the customer.

First class international does not provide detailed tracking updates, unlike Priority and Express mail international.
We do not provide currency conversion rates for all countries. Please check with your local bank or currency agency for this information.
In order to process your order without delays, it is important to provide accurate shipping/billing information as well as current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is lost or is un-deliverable because the shipping address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing your order.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse an order or wish to return a package, you are responsible for the original shipping fees and any return shipping fees.
