Custom, Made to Order Silk Screen Printing Stencil
If you don't want to make your own stencils, we'll do it for you! Our custom pre-burned stencils are made with YOUR artwork and EZScreen Standard stencils with 110 mesh. Silk screen stencils are durable and re-usable on different surfaces and with different paints. You can use screen printing inks, ceramic paints or under-glazes, acrylic and glass paint, and so on. EZScreen Custom Stencils are typically used for fabric such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags and other porous surfaces like ceramics, wood, cardboard, and paper.
STANDARD STENCILS: EZScreen Standard Screen Print Stencils are perfect for most stenciling and silk screen printing needs. Its larger mesh openings lend itself well to paints containing large pigments (like opaque inks and ceramic under-glazes) while at the same time providing great detail. Ideal for screen printing on fabric, t-shirts, wood, ceramic, pottery, bisque, and clay.
HIDEF STENCILS: EZScreen HiDef stencils have a higher mesh count, which makes it suitable for detailed images, finer lines, and halftones. It is recommended for use on hard surfaces such as glass, plastic, and metal. You can achieve superb details with EZScreen HiDef stencils and the mesh pattern is less visible than Standard on hard surfaces. Some paints may not work well with HiDef, including metallic or opaque inks.
YOUR ARTWORK:

- A PURE BLACK design on a white background only (see sample images for reference)
- High quality; no pixilation or jagged edges
- 8.5"x11" PDF or JPEG format only
- Minimum 1/2" to 1" border around artwork
- Can be horizontal or vertical
- Upon artwork approval, an image/design that requires simple editing will have an additional fee (View our Custom Stencils Additional Info page)
Custom images can include text, clipart, logos, images, or a combination of all these. Script or thin fonts will have to be larger, as very fine lines may not come out well. No fonts smaller than 20 pt typed on a WordDoc.
Important Note: Custom stencils can take up to 7 business days to complete.
