EZSCREENPRINT RETURN POLICIES
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. If you request a return at no fault of our own, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The product must be returned unopened and complete with all original items, instructions, packing materials, and in its original new condition.
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
ISSUES WITH DEVELOPING STENCILS
Please use the small test pieces of EZScreen stencils provided in the black protective bag to test your exposure process before using a full sheet. If for any reason you encounter problems developing your stencil, please contact us for troubleshooting assistance. We need as much information about the exposure process, materials used, light source, and sometimes photos to help figure out the issue. We strive for 100% satisfaction and are happy to help our customers create a perfect silk screen stencil.
SHIPPING ERRORS / DAMAGED ITEMS
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error with your order, please accept our apologies. You must notify us of shipping errors within 7 days upon receipt of your order, and we will gladly fix the issue.

Replacement items will only be shipped when original product is returned.
Opened or used ink cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Damaged or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Orders that have passed the 30 day return limit cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
